This is me and my little family. I'm Gemma, I believe that being fit and healthy is a key part of being a mummy. It can be really hard to find the time to look after yourself when you have little people to look after, this is why I founded the Mummy Maintenance Project, to help mummies to stay strong, be happy and to have the energy to keep up with family life! It'll also help you to wiggle in to your favourite skinny jeans again!
I'm a firm believer that exercise should be fun and an easy activity to incorporate in to your lifestyle. It shouldn't be a stressful experience. I take pride in finding the workouts that suit you, your personality, your commitments to family, work and your social life. No more intimidating gyms or classes you can't fit in to your busy schedule.
The Mummy Maintenance Project is something I feel passionate about. As a Mummy myself I understand the pressures and stresses of looking after little people and how difficult it can be to find time for yourself. I also understand how important it is to find this time.
It's not all about exercise, taking time out to relax is equally as important for your wellbeing. I'll help with this too!
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and specialist in pre- and post-natal exercise.
I'm also qualified in Swedish (Deep Tissue) Massage and Pregnancy Massage.
